Our Return Policy

Love Always, Cait offers store credit only. There are no refunds of any kind. 

As a small business, we curate small collections usually with low or pre-set quantities. In order for us to continue to launch new looks and collections, we do not offer exchanges because in many cases we do not have your preferred size left in stock. 

Unworn and unwashed items with tags still attached can be returned for store credit within 10 days of the date of delivery. Sale items are final sale and therefore non-refundable.

There are no refunds of any kind.

We are confident that if you have to return something for store credit that you will be able to find something else in our online store that you will love just as much. 

We cannot process any returns via social media. Please use the contact page on our website to initiate a return for store credit.
